Terms of Use
Effective date: March 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PractiQuest (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
PractiQuest provides practice tools (such as a practice timer, session logging, focus features, and gamified progression). The App is intended as a practice companion and does not guarantee musical outcomes.
2. Accounts
Some features may require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions
PractiQuest may offer subscription-based features (“Pro”). Payments and renewals are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its security features.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by PractiQuest and/or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute the App except as permitted by these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PractiQuest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.
8. Apple Standard EULA
If you downloaded PractiQuest from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless we provide a custom EULA in App Store Connect. Where these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA will govern for App Store users.
9. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will update the effective date above.
