Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 5, 2026
PractiQuest (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: If you create an account or sign in, we may receive account identifiers (for example, email address, display name, and provider user ID), depending on your sign-in method.
- Practice data: Practice sessions (duration, timestamps), session notes/tags (if you choose to add them), and progress indicators (such as streaks, XP, levels, quests).
- Purchase and subscription data: If you subscribe, the platform provider (for example Apple App Store or Google Play) processes payment transactions. We may receive and store subscription state (for example active/expired) and transaction metadata needed to unlock paid features and prevent fraud.
- Device and app data: Basic diagnostics (such as crash logs, app version, and performance metrics) to keep the app reliable.
- Support communications: If you contact us, we collect the information you provide so we can respond and resolve your request.
